It is in fair condition in my opinion, but see the pictures to form your own. This gun was definitely not a wall hanger in it’s previous life as shown by the barrel tip and body wear.
This has been a project gun I've been working on for the last few months and as much as I’d like to keep it, having 40+ guns isn't reasonable.

Parts, work, and upgrades worth noting:
Completely rebuilt with all new seals
Brand New Gauge (Plastic cover still in place)
Brand New Eyes
New Reg adjuster (I used soft grip pliers to set the PSI to avoid scratching)
New Reg seat (this will need to be broken in over time and will provide better consistency after a few cases).
Sprung Eigenbolt
Deadly Wind Carbon Fiber Barrel (Takes non-xl Freak inserts)
Dynasty Board (Tadao M6.1 according to this manual I found online)
Good condition Smart Parts grips
Will also include Hybrid Grips with the appropriate screws as the ones used for the Smart Part grips are longer.
.689 Freak Insert
Also included are an assortment of random spare parts.
And of course, a new battery.
Gun works great, with some rare FSDO which I didn't really have time to tune out completely. Gun is set to shoot about 275-280 on reballs with the included .689 bored freak insert. This will probably need tweaking with actual paint.
