    Note on Fluorescent Vinyl Life:
    Fluorescent pigments react to ultraviolet light and "glow". In doing so, the pigments are literally consumed in the process, hence the normal life of fluorescent pigments are much shorter than most sign vinyl colors. The more UV exposure, the shorter the life, with a noticeable fade and loss of glow.
