antique tartanware needlebook sewing case, circa 1860, Mc Beth pattern. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This Victorian McBeth patterned needle case is lined in a deep pink silk and has 3 pieces of felt to pin your needles in. The binding on the left is red leather and there are 3 loops of the lining fabric on the right side to keep the bone crewel work needle in. Please check out the pics. The case is in good shape, but shows some wear on the leather binding and there are 2 small marks on the front. All in all, a very nice piece for a tartan collector or a collector of sewing items.
