    Description

IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module,MOSFET Button Drive,0-24V PWM Output Driving Boards,Can Drive LED Lamp Strip, Dc Motor, Mini Pump, Solenoid Valve
The center pin on the header marked ‘VCC’ is not connected.
We do not recommend using module with 3.3V logic signal since the thermal performance will be worse, but if you do, limit the current to approx 1A to be on the safe side.
    1 x 3 Male Header
    SIG
= Signal input (active HIGH).  Typically used with 5V logic.  Can be driven at up to 10V to fully turn on the IRF520.
    VCC
    = No connection
    GND
    = Digital ground.
    1 x 2 Screw Terminal (Load)
    V+
= Connect to positive lead of load (motor, LEDs, fan, etc)
    V-
= Connect to negative lead of load
    1 x 2 Screw Terminal (Power)
    VIN
= Connect to power supply (0-24V) being used to power the load
    GND
= Connect to power supply ground
    Features:
This driver uses original IRF520 power MOS tube, can proceed PWM adjust output.
It can drive up to 24V load, such as LED lamp strip, DC motor, mini pump, solenoid valve.
PWM can be used to realize LED stepless dimming and motor stepless speed adjustment.
The maximum output current is 5A, and it will need to install a heat sink when driving load more than 1A.
There are total 2 pieces of driver boards in one set that you may use for many projects.
    Specifications:
    Size: 3.5*3.2cm/1.3*1.2in
Voltage: 5V-10V (note many sellers advertise these as working with 3.3V, they will work at 3.3V, but not very well. 5V is better, 10V signal for max saturation
    Port: Digital quantity level
    Output Load Voltage: 0-24V
Output Load Current: <5A (need heat sink if >1A)
Platform: SCM, for ARM, for Raspberry Pi
    Weight: 4g(approx.)
