Blazing Lustrous, Razor Sharp Mint State Choice Uncirculated coin and Very GEM looking!  Much Better Date, with Low Mintage, and even lower survival rate!  Graded and Certified by NGC AU58, Gem Almost Uncirculated.  Undergraded for sure.  Surprising for NGC.  The grader got this wrong, this coin is at least MS62, and maybe MS63.  Should be CAC'd for the very least.
This is a Blast White, Lustrous Frosty Mint example with Blazing cartwheel action.  Swirled around in the light, you see the sharp, Blazing wagon-wheel luster!
